New Zealand, 2023
As newlyweds, my husband and I headed to the New Zealand south island to road trip down, and then back up the coastline. Our honeymoon was in British Columbia where we drove from city to city, witnessing the beauty, experiencing the cold, and bonding. This trip reminded us of our first trip as husband and wife.
It was beautiful to capture the mountains in all their forms. Snow capped, through windows, the highest peaks, and at different times of day, in different temperaments.
Each mountain was taken in a different area in the New Zealand south island, showing the diversity and beauty of each.
Mountain names, respectively:
Mount Cook/Aoraki, Cantebury
Cecil Peak, Queenstown
The Nuns Veil, Cantebury
The Remarkables, Queenstown (through the window of a ferry)
A mountain through the fog, on the road from Christchurch to Queenstown
