I remember the moment like it was yesterday. I was working in corporate marketing, when I missed a call from a local producer. Matt Bartlem. We had worked together previously on a few non profit faith based musical projects.

I’d always been a big fan of Matt. He was friendly, creative, down-to-earth and I felt way too uncool to be around him. The thing is that Matt would always go out of his way to .

I left my desk and went out the front of the office to call him back. I’d heard of Jacob Lee due to Matt and local producer and guitarist Luke Palmer working with him, but never had the pleasure of meeting him.

Whilst I had always loved singing, I’d sometimes wondered, “maybe this is only for me…”
